All the people here who worked together for the concert were honoured and glad and would hope to do it again….. You did a wonderful, precious work in giving us a professional concert with excellent musicians..
Personally I felt that this concert was very important for us at this time. It had a real impact.

Community – Local Houses of Prayer
Asaph seeks to encourage the transformation of communities by promoting Local Houses of Prayer. The stated aim of this movement is “to see the kingdom of God come where you are.” Alongside running our own Local House of Prayer, we seek to encourage others to start up their own houses of prayer in their patch and we encourage churches and parishes to use Local Houses of Prayer as a means of outreach within their communities.
As the name suggests, prayer is at the heart of the Local Houses of Prayer movement, but the aim is not to hold another prayer meeting. The aim is that a Local House of Prayer acts as a mission outpost to facilitate the growth of God’s kingdom in any adopted area. Alongside prayer the practice of Blessing is at the heart of this movement’s DNA.
Typically commencing with only two or three people, LHOPs offer a framework to help small groups align their lives for greater blessing and impact on the world for Jesus Christ right where we are. Participants adopt a small local area for Jesus, worship and pray for the breaking in of the Kingdom of God, proclaim blessings
and playing their part in its release through their lives and witness with the aid of the
