“The Hearing God sessions were very enlightening. There are some complex ideas but it was lovely to be able to discuss these ideas and unpack the concepts in a safe environment. Having completed these sessions it has enabled me to review how I try to make contact with God and it has given me ideas to try. It might sound quite high brow, but it is very accessible and the
discussion with friends is invaluable.”

Local Houses of Prayer
are a simple way of encouraging Christians to take more spiritual responsibility for the areas where they live or possibly where they work. If the Church is going to be effective in its witness it needs its foot soldiers to represent Christ where they live, whether in their
parish or beyond it.
Alongside Prayer and Praise, LHOPs put a renewed emphasis on blessing as part of the process of seeing God’s kingdom come.
The Blessings Course helps lay key foundations for people thinking of starting a Local House of Prayer as well as supporting those who are already up and running.
